Abbey Henson-Ives , LCAS, LCMHC

Clinical Director, (she/her)

Abbey is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction specialist (LCAS). Over the past ten years, she has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health and addiction challenges, ensuring a smooth and supportive therapeutic experience. She believes in the power of personalized care, working closely with each client to tailor our approach to their unique needs. Abbey creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and experiences, fostering growth and recovery. No matter how big or small, she enjoys identifying challenges and looking for solutions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, exercising, and reading.

Leah Madamba,

Parent Support Coach, (she/her)

Leah is a therapist and Certified Parent Coach and brings over two decades of expertise, specializing in supporting young adults and their families. Her extensive career spans individual and group therapy sessions, facilitation of parent support groups, and the development of tailored parent education programs for families navigating the challenges of raising adolescents and young adults. Moreover, Leah's leadership roles in residential facilities and her tenure as the head of a nationally based transition company further enhance her comprehensive understanding of family dynamics.

Bekah has worked in the recovery field since 2011 and considers her experiential approach her greatest strength. She gets the most fulfillment when witnessing clients push out of their comfort zone into their place of healing. She enjoys spending time with family, writing, documentary film, climbing, and all things nature.

Kristin Rappold,

With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health and 8 years as a dedicated therapist, Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to their practice. Specializing in working with clients who have experienced trauma in addition to substance use, Kristin  employs an attachment and neurobiological lens to help individuals heal and grow. Their deep understanding of the intricate connections between mind, body, and relationships allows them to offer tailored, empathetic support, empowering clients to navigate their journeys toward well-being and resilience.
